I had a great experience with Synergy Home! From my first phone call thru the completion of replacing my HVAC system. Brandon, Kimberly and Davis all were personable, Knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They answered my questions and pointed out things I hadn’t noticed. The price was reasonable and they came two days after I accepted the estimate to install the system. They would have came the next day, but I wasn’t available. Great company, people and GREAT job!

Unsafe Generator Install • Safety Shut-Off Synergy Home installed my generator in April. From day one, wiring errors caused failures during multiple outages — several service calls before July, but the real issues weren’t found. In July, water from faulty conduit installation dripped into the electrical box, causing a burning smell; KY Utilities shut off my power for safety. Synergy restarted it but missed the cause.
