Outstanding service overall, I told them what I wanted in a system the they handled it from there, design, permits, installs, came out to help me start up moitoring. The office staff kept the project up to date and going, kept me informed, and were always available for questions. Great overall service
Great experience with Synergy to have solar installed on my house. They worked quickly and efficiently on the installation and **** kept me up to date every step of the way without me having to check in. I would definitely recommend.
Have 34 panels on my roof. Was guaranteed that we wouldnt have a tru up ****. Shade wasnt accurately factored in according to the company. The trees were there long before the panels were. Which means the installers were well aware that they were there. And synergy refuses to do anything about it other than suggest we cut the trees down which we cant do because we live in an h.o.a. and they arent dead or diseased, or we buy more panels. We have 34 already! How many more panels does a house need?! They cant even remember that... read more

We are very sorry for Sarahs experience, unfortunately no company can guarantee there will never be a true up **** as the company does not have control over the homeowner using more electricity than the system was designed for, or trees and shrubs growing that cast more shade than was there when the system was designed, or a particularly rainy year that would reduce the solar output of every solar home. I recently had Synergy install a Solar system on our home. Dave, the sales rep said it may take up to 8 weeks, and it only took 2 weeks. We just got permission to turn it on. It feels great to know that we are saving money. I am looking forward to our first energy bill.
