What a gem this place & Meredith is! I had a soul nourishing pregnancy massage here, walked out feeling like I was floating. Meredith is a master & lifelong student of the body, using multiple modalities to tune into the body, nervous system & energy body. She’s also an Orange local, so very grounded, friendly & down to earth :) Came back for Sunday’s Sound of Being sound healing. I am actually so disappointed and I won’t be rebooking again! I booked an appointment for Tuesday 16/12/25 that was cancelled and hour before due to a family emergency… she told me she had an appointment available at 1pm tho! Unfortunately I also work and this is why I booked an appointment I let that go and booked another appointment in for Tuesday 30/12/25 only for her to cancel on me again about an hour or so before this time due to a migraine… I feel like this is very unprofessional

Meredith at Synergy Wellness is pure magic. From the moment I met her, there was an instant soul connection, her warmth and calming energy make you feel completely safe and seen. I’ve had multiple acutonic and massage sessions with her, and every single one has been deeply healing and transformative. I walk out feeling grounded, lighter, and totally renewed. It’s honestly one of the most cathartic and beautiful experiences you can give yourself. Meredith is a true healer, I couldn’t recommend her more!
