Synergy Therapy, a holistic wellness centre in Orange NSW. Synergy was born from a desire to provide a safe and nurturing space to awaken your wellbeing and bring balance back into your life. Our therapies include massage, acutonics, fusion and intuitive bodywork. We also offer an infrared sauana and relaxing Yoga Nidra classes. I am blown away the healing abilities of Meredith. Travelling from Queensland to be in the grace and presence of Merediths healing prowess was well worth the miles. I had both the sauna with a cold shower and acutonics and the gifts keep on unfurling. Astonishing. A multi talented and truly wonderess gift that she is. As a bloke and tradie it's hard to find a space where you can safely let go and tap into our inner self without judgement. Meredith has created an amazing space in an easily accessible location in the center of town. If you can't feel the energy, you can definitely see into the heart space from which she has poured into the decor, layout, plants and artwork. I have been to Meredith for sound healing and Acutonics. She is a wonderful, grounded soul who takes the time to sit, listen and make you feel absolutely taken care of in the most nurturing and supportive way possible. I have also taken my teenage son - who was at first resident to therapy, but he left the room relaxed and relieved. I would give my recommendation to Meredith to anyone I loved and cared for and appreciate everything she does.
Sessions with Meredith are a truly transformational experience. I have been going to her for many years for massage, acutonics, infrared sauna and various group sessions. Her therapies are second to none and she is my absolute favourite practitioner of any place I've received treatment.
