HIPPA VIOLATION My husband could clearly hear staff members ( particularly the owner herself) speaking negatively about other patients and some of their issues to her staff during his visit. The conversations were not discreet and could be overheard from the public area. This raised serious concerns for us about privacy and professionalism. Great office, friendly and the masssge is awesome 🤩
After working for a different chiro office and seeing how sneaky & uneducated the chiro industry can get - I strayed away from chiro care for over a year. I was very skeptical to try another - until I took a chance with Synergy! With some on going stiffness in the back - I decided to give it a shot again.
