Wow! I've been looking for a Personal Trainer and Small Group Training all in one location and Synergy has been an outstanding experience! I signed up for three 1-on-1 coaching sessions per week along with taking their yoga and spin classes once a week, and my body has definitely felt better than ever

Small group classes, one on one personal training, and cardio blasts are available along with body analysis and assistance with diet management.
