I knew nothing about Classical Pilates before I came here. Now session by session, Mat Class by Mat Class, my form improves and so does my posture. My aim is for a Pilates body. The studio is cute and has all of the machines just as Joseph H. Pilates taught in his classes. From the reformer to the Wanda chair, the studio offers it all, from the famous electric chair to the Cadillac.
