Loved it! Selina did a great job on my haircut & eyebrows. Made my appointment online and everything was easy and great. I recommend this place 100%
Made an appointment days ago for a haircut for my son. Appointment was accepted and I received confirmation. Two hours before scheduled appointment, it was rescheduled by the shop and an hour later. Showed up 15 minutes before new scheduled appointment and waited for an hour. No one showed up. Called the phone number online and it had a full voicemail box. So we went to Supercuts and paid more.
We really want to support local Pahoa businesses but 4 separate times we have scheduled online, gotten confirmation but then arrived to a closed shop with nobody there or been canceled last minute after we had already made time in or schedule and driven all the way into town. Very frustrating.
