Very disappointing. My granddaughters and I were there a couple of months ago and the staff were great. I took 1 granddaughter last Saturday and myself. I was watching the young lady doing my granddaughters hair, she did not speak a word for the whole time, even when she wanted to straighten her head, she just moved her head and did not speaktoher.
