Late delivery by a month. Call after call promised it to come with nothing.
Being on "automatic delivery" my tank should have been filled when the level reached 30%, not let go down to 5%. If delivery wasn't made, I would have run out by the next day. With below freezing temps, that's unacceptable.
Amerigas consistently supplies excellent customer service when called. The website is easy to navigate when researching information within your account. Our deliveries of propane are without issue and we like the ability to switch between automatic and request delivery.
