Very nice staff, easy to join/ freeze/ end membership when you please. Larger than it looks with lots of machines and benches always available
My experience at Syngergy in Long beach has been fantastic. This is in large part to my experience with my personal trainer, Youssef. I’ve worked with dozens of personal trainers throughout my life and none of them compare to the compassion and professionalism Yousseff exerts. I highly recommend him to all family and friends who want to get back in shape and have an enjoyable experience while doing so!
Youssef was great! He showed me around the gym and was very knowledgeable.
