This is a great space, with great programming, and even better coaches! I was in PEI for a few months at the start of 2025, and I needed a place to train. Thankfully, a good friend of mine recommended Synergy. Nick, Ty, and the other coaches created a very welcoming space for individuals at all levels of fitness. Nick has been training our athletes for a few years. Everyone has taken their fitness to another level. He puts a plan in place, holds athletes accountable and operates in a safe and fun environment. Cannot recommend enough!
