I absolutely love Synergy! Every time I walk into the studio, I feel so welcomed and supported by the instructors and community. The classes are always a highlight of my day—I genuinely look forward to every session! The workouts are both challenging and rewarding, and I can confidently say this is the best I’ve ever felt physically and mentally. I loooooove Synergy. Best part of my day. It's changed my life. Been through many workout and wellness phases in my life and as a mom with very little time to myself Synergy sparked something I reaaaallly needed sparked - I look forward to class every day and I leave feeling empowered and proud and connected to a greater community of people in similar boats. I've made friends here and just can't sing Haylee's praises enough. Can't wait to see her business grow and evolve -- I'll always follow her lead.

All of the instructors are so kind and friendly. The studio is clean & has everything you need to have a great workout. The classes are SO fun and some of the best class-based workouts I’ve ever done. Love this place so much!
