It is not the most convenient bank to use but the people that work there are very accommodating. Being a small credit union, they know who you are and will go out of their way to try and help best they can. Jane has gone the extra mile for me when I had troubles with the loan application and Shuna is always greeting you with a big smile and helps with any problems you may have. I would not use SFCU for checking but for savings and loan purposes, they have great rates always there to help.
This is the single worst financial institution I have ever been associated with. Some things to note: 1) There is no way to transfer money to an external account. They removed this feature a year ago, and seemingly have no timeline or plans to bring it back. 2) If you get locked out or forget your password, you cannot rely on customer service to help you.
