Worse customer service ever. My husband needed to find a therapist and the “ manager” said over a month ago that he would give us a call when he find availability. I have called 3 times since then to follow up and I’m always told he will call by the end of the week. Yet here I am still waiting for that call since Memorial Day weekend. Really frustrating situation.
RecommendedEverything their staff is awesome! Great therapist and prp! Not quite up to date on electronic paperwork and signing but their kindness and cooperation with your schedule and needs cant be beat. My children never want to leave even after their therapy is over. We are still freshly new to Synergy, however when my children actually want to know when is there next appointment is and I actually look forward to it A plus for me.
