Horrible at his job working for the city, horrible being a contractor. Pompous, abrasive. Jeff acts like his head is stuck up his azz half the time, because he loves sniffing the smell of his own brand. Confidence is one thing, but thinking your sht don't stink is another. Glad he got voted out and his wife failed to be Mayor.
Will not return phone calls or emails. Not dependable at all.
Be kind and good natured and you will always get screwed...Join the many people who have this pleasure at the hands of Jeff Rawls. Run , do not walk away from Synergy, unless you too want to be screwed.. took almost 27 months to build house. cheated and cut corners, kept raising prices, blackmailed and bullied us.. Many complaints filed with state regulators...
