THIS GENTLE MAN SAW ME STRUGGLING IN FERGUS ONTARIO WITH MY STANDARD TRANSMISSION FORD RANGER TRUCK. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A QUIET STREET UNABLE TO TURN OVER MY ENGINE DUE TO THE KEY AND TRANSMISSION LOCKING ME OUT IN NUETRAL GEAR . HE SAW THAT SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT AND STOPPED TO ENQUIRE. I had them come out and replace a roof vent that was connected to my stove's fume hood. It took a couple months and some back-and-forth to get the job done, but it wasn't time-sensitive so no big deal. They accidently installed a laundry dryer vent instead of a stove/bathroom vent (they're exactly the same product except the fine grill on a stove/bathroom vent stops bugs and birds from getting into it, whereas the laundry vent's mesh has big gaps so dryer lint can pass through unobstructed), but all in all I was pleased and ... read more
