I have had the pleasure of working with both Chase and Tyler. They are my go to for equipment. Very professional and get you what you need in a timely manner. The only issue we’ve had is the machines not working sometimes. Service is quick to fix though. Drivers are also very nice to work with. Just feel that the delivery, pick up and other economical charges are high in price. I understand if it’s super heavy equipment, but heavy machines shouldn’t be in comparison with a scissor lift.
Chase was persistent in taking our service full time. With great professionalism and continued visits, we gave Synergy a shot and they have not missed a shot for our equipment needs. In huge emergencies where other vendors gave us last minute cancellations, Synergy stepped up and gave us equipment on the spot. Very great working with Synergy and Chase.
