I had good recommendations - my experience did not line up. I was told there would be a follow-up call from the doctor the day after my surgery - there was never a follow-up from staff or Dr. Ulm to check in on my recovery, which I have pointed out and they have never acknowledged. For over a year we have been trying to reconcile my bill. Synergy is not responsible for my insurance coverage - they are however, responsible for the information their staff communicates. They were super detailed and did a great job explaining everything that was going on in my mouth. I love that they showed me the bacteria in my mouth using a microscope!!
