Synergy is such a warm and welcoming place. Jill S. is the best. She is always upbeat and helpful. The classes are fun and have just enough of a challenge to keep us coming back. I cannot recommend Synergy enough. It ROCKS !

I have been attending Synergy Dance and Fitness in Aptos for three to four years, and it remains one of the highlights of my week. Jill, the owner, is truly exceptional — warm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in every person who walks through the door. I just started beginners ballet classes a couple months ago and they have been wonderful!! Both teachers that I’ve had- Mindy and Tami - are elegant, knowledgeable and so encouraging. The other women that go have made it such a sweet atmosphere. Wonderful for ANY age! Do yourself a favor and bring some class and vitality to your life and come join.
A friend brought me to a class 4 years ago and I have kept going ever since. It's a welcoming environment with lots of fitness class options. The staff is knowledgeable and works to provide everyone with a safe and effective workout. I had some physical ailments that resolved after getting my body back to just a light exercise regimen there.
