Professionalism, reliability, knowledge and customer oriented is how I would describe this firm. I didn’t realize there are two kinds of CPA’s- reactive and proactive. Michelle and her team are definitely proactive and have helped us with tax planning, on-time reporting and filings. She even looked at several years of tax returns (done by a previous CPA) and got us thousands of dollars back from the IRS!
