I have been a client of Synergy CPA Group for several years. They have never disappointed me. I don't own a business, but my taxes with SS and a pension and my federal employment with IRA and Roth etc.; it's too much for me to tackle on my own. Their knowledge and professionalism give me the peace of mind, that comes with knowing every detail will be covered correctly and in an acceptable time frame! Highly recommend!

Professionalism, reliability, knowledge and customer oriented is how I would describe this firm. I didn’t realize there are two kinds of CPA’s- reactive and proactive. Michelle and her team are definitely proactive and have helped us with tax planning, on-time reporting and filings. She even looked at several years of tax returns (done by a previous CPA) and got us thousands of dollars back from the IRS!

Contacted Michelle and had, what I thought, was a good first meeting about my needs as a small business owner. I agreed to send her my previous tax returns to see how her company could help. Never heard a word back. Even after emails asking if she was still willing to take me on as a client, absolutely nothing. Not to say yes or no or even an offer to make sure the returns were secure or destroyed so my personal information is not just floating out there for lord knows who to see. Not professional.
