Avoid using this company for workman's comp. Their system is set up to not help the injured worker but to keep from having to pay the injured worker. My adjuster had the doctor change paperwork to be in favor of the insurance company. This company has committed fraud and who knows what else. The doctor is one of their choice and is paid off by the insurance company to do as they say.
