Ricardo came and fixed the AC in less than 1 hour. Great service, fast and professional.
Raul did the install job and we were so pleased. He and his co-worker were very friendly and answered any questions. He made sure the power was only off for as short a period as possible. Did a great job!!!
I rarely write reviews but made this exception to praise Genesis Castillo and Abdul. They were superb in installing my heat pump water heater. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were friendly and professional. They exceeded my expectation. An example of them going above and beyond is how they mounted foam from the water heater to the concrete wall to detin any noise/vibration that may result from the water heater. John and Abdul came and installed the heat pump. They were professional and courteous the whole way and did a really good job.
John and Abdul came with covered boots, laid out floor covering, and worked their best to take out my non working heater, and installed a new one. They worked their best on the job and cleaned their area of work. They did not rush anything, it seemed, made sure that the heater was working, and the cover was secure in its place.
