Synergy was lovely. Great view from the two bedroom ocean view. The thing that really let it down was that there were only sheets on the bed. No blankets at all. The blankets in the wardrobes were super smelly and clearly not washed. We ended up buying and using our own blanket. Very affordable but nice clean blankets would have made it 5 starts for the price. Reception hours were also limited.
Location is ok. Room not bad, leaking showers, smelly room,balcony door won't lock at all, when told the staff they said they will send a maintenance person, but they didn't fix it. They guaranteed parking for 1 car. But one night I can't find parking , when called after hours , they advised to park in the jubilee parking behind the property, and the day staff will take care of the charges. Awesome apartment at Synergy...maybe number 52 on level 10? Two bed, Two Bath..we only used one bed & one bath. It had everything you could need. PROs Location, incredible Wardrobe, Bathroom, laundry, Oven, Balcony. Outdoor dining table and Indoor Dining Table. Such I well kitted out kitchen (just needs a coffee machine..hehe!). Booked: Synergy Broadbeach apartment. Room: Great size apartment, large bedroom, large dining, kitchen and lounge. Bed: king size, not a comfortable bed. Tv: nice size tv. Tv in bedroom and lounge. Kitchen: Nice full size kitchen, has oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, all appliances were good. Coffee machine: 😢none. Ensuite: Good size & modern.
