Company stopped responding and will not work with us or the with company that installed our faulty elevator lift. We had a 16K lb lift installed and was wrong from day 1. Both companies were made aware of the issues and took responsibility and then decided to prolong the process and stop communicating. Leaving us with a hazardous / unusable boat lift. Unless this issue is fixed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY.
