As a patient, every time I call, the Billing Center folks are so dismissive and frankly lazy. The marketing excuse is always 'your insurance should be calling us, you pay them to work for you' ... but my issue is not with my insurance company, it is a Synergy system's issue. Nice place for a business meeting
Tried using them. The rep Tzvi told me blatantly that they had no clue about the laws pertaining to charging utilities on residents. I think I will go to a company that actually knows what they are doing.
Brought the IJSH ROTC kids down for a lecture. They were so kind and treated our kids like royalty. They even booked the rock climbing wall out.. so the kids could have the place to themselves for 1 1/2 hours. What a great company.
I've just begun my career at Synergy and grateful I did. Our mission is clear and our leader is passionate! Synergy is a very team centric company.
