Synergy Athletics is a one of a kind gym! Their trainer-led program allows for you to fit workouts into a busy schedule. The trainers are amazing, communicative and knowledgeable. Thanks to them, I have made improvements on not only my physical health but my mental health. This is a worthy investment; Synergy's community is not one you will regret joining.
Exactly what I was looking for! 👌 I really appreciate the different workout options and the trainers finding exercises that work for me/my goals.
Left and came back twice! That's how wonderful this gym experience is! Wonderful and dedicated trainers!
Always a good atmosphere and varied workouts to keep it fresh and challenging!!! Always look forward to the next visit. Also staff listens to requests to address certain areas and or concerns
Update Sept 2025: I have been going to Synergy Endwell for 5+ years. The trainers, staff and clients are fantastic and encourage me to try new activities such as running, Spartan races, Synergy Games etc. I would not be anywhere as healthy or physically fit as I am now. My usual trainer, Kayli, seems to magically have a suggestion to get rid of any physical issue that may pop up. Being a do-it-yourself guy, I was hesitant about going to a gym with a trainer.
