I have been a member of Synergy for years and love the support they give you in improving your health. They have helped me gain back my health and fitness and are always ready to help me take on new challenges. I love the community in the gym. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The trainers are very knowledgeable and can easily modify workouts based on needs and limitations. I cannot recommend this gym enough!
Update! I’ve completed almost 90 workout sessions at Synergy. Kayli and the other trainers have done a great job keeping me motivated and helping me achieve my goals. They always give me a challenge within my capabilities. I’ve lost some weight, but more importantly I feel so much better. My strength and stamina are vastly improved and I always look forward to my workout. In addition, the support of the others at the gym is tremendous!
