Huge fan of this great studio! They were so welcoming and the music wasn’t loud. Small classes with good variation in exercises. Excellent and clean space and has showers. Definitely recommend for anyone that wants to weight train in town.

The best gym in CB! I absolutely love this place and the trainers! Carrie Jo is amazing and I have been taking a bunch of classes with Meriska and LOVE her! I recently broke my hand and they have been nothing short of amazing with modifying the workouts for me and being super supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging! The gym is clean with great lighting and located at the end of elk ave! The community here has been warm and welcoming since my first day and have all been so kind and inspiring! Check this place out!
A wonderful and friendly gym. I dropped in as an out-of-towner looking to get a pump while on vacation. I normally do CrossFit and was looking for something similar to burn off the pizza and beer from the week. The gym and instructor were perfect - showed up to a white board of work - jump rope, bench-press, for time cal/pull-ups, and other great work. I will certainly return during my annual trips to CB.
