Where do I even begin. We lived at synergy for 2 years and it was awful all around. The apartments are small, overpriced, and aren’t worth what they are renting them for. Let me just break down a pros and cons list PROS In a nice location. We love the meadows and being close to things we could walk to is definitely a plus. CONS - no balcony, closet, or pantry, limited space for high prices - Our building was INFESTED with silverfish, which we had for the whole 2 years we lived here. Synergy has been amazing! Clean and well lit common areas. Office staff have been so helpful! My apartment is perfect. Was clean and freshly painted when I moved in with beautiful cabinets and high ceiling and windows, lots of natural light. Dog park is clean and lots of bags available for dog owners. Parking is great and the valet trash is awesome.
Absolute scam. Would not recommend for ANY short term living as they will do everything they can to take more and more money. You are required to give a 60 day move out notice before move out or they extend your lease without consent, requiring you to pay even more. Curious who the mastermind behind that scam is. I have moved out but have my lease for another month due to this even though they have plenty of documents pointing to my original end date.
Synergy is a very nice place to live! The property is exceptionally clean, and compared to other high-quality complexes, it rarely has any issues. It’s a very safe and well-maintained community, and the management team truly goes above and beyond to ensure it stays that way. Plus, there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, making it even more convenient and enjoyable.
