I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Dale and Ed, the maintenance team at the Synergy Apartment Complex. These two are absolutely amazing at what they do! Every time we’ve needed help, whether it was a quick fix or something more involved, they’ve shown up with a smile, handled it efficiently, and made sure everything was done right the first time. I’ve been living here for a few years and I’m so happy that they hired Dale at Synergy! He is such a bright light and is so kind whenever I see him. Truly an asset to have - great job! However, he is the only kind person and the rest of the maintenance team that works here. I’ve had many run ins with the leasing office who come off as rude sometimes… not sure what that’s all about. Besides that, rent is high and there are extra monthly fees which is why I’ll probably not resign my lease. But I’ve mostly enjoyed my stay here.... read more
Writing this review to talk about the heart of this place, Dale! He is truly one of the highlights of living at Synergy Apartments. I tend to keep to myself, but on the occasions I run into him while heading out, even the briefest interaction is such a bright spot in my day. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really makes a difference. The building wouldn’t feel the same without him.
The maintenance is the BEST service and people I’ve experience. Definitely top tier, so fast and friendly and respectful. The location of the building is amazing. The only thing that I don’t love is that the hallways in my floor usually smells. They do have cleaners come pretty often and that helps though! Definitely not a reason to stay away.
