If you're looking for a new apartment to move into, keep looking. You can get something nicer for the price after the fees and if you decide to pay extra for parking. Management will refuse to talk to the residents about a concern, Justice at the front desk is rude and could do Syngery a favor and get a new job elsewhere. There are extra monthly fees that weren't mentioned when signing the lease. The only good thing about living here are the maintenance men that are friendly.
Yearly rent increases are $15 but you will be paying an additional $100 than what’s listed on your rent. In the span of two years my rent went from $1550 to now $1700 and this is a one bedroom. There’s been no updates or improvements of the apartment. When you put in a maintenance request it takes numerous days rather than the 24hrs expected. Very clean
Unbiased review after living here for 6 months: Pros: -Really beautiful apartment -Quality appliances -A lot of cabinet space in kitchen -Fitness rooms are well kept and have a lot of equipment -Nice area to walk around in -Stores and restaurants within walking distance -Very dog friendly (dog spa and inside turf for the pup to use when there is rain/snow outside) -I’ve personally had no issues with management or maintenance but I don’t really have a lot of interaction with apartment managers in general. We lived here for just over 6 years and recently moved out. The first few years were GREAT and then new management took over in 2021 and things definitely got worse. Our biggest issue was rent — random monthly fees started being added to our rent and a few times we’d have double charges show up that I’d have to call and have removed, and nobody was ever able to explain why those incorrect charges were happening.
