This is a place that is a true disgrace to assisted living and healthcare. They have roaches, mice, rats, spiders, and not enough food. I sadly left my brother in this place believing that he would be well taken care of and I came to find out that was not the case. The staff are abusive and scream at these patients. They apparently never have enough food for their residents and are given a piece of cold burnt toast with half an egg. Since my brother has been in Synergy he has become depressed and suicidal.
