Had Steve and Simon attend to effect repairs on my Airconditioning unit under Warranty. They were on time, fast, efficient and so helpful. I have an Actron Airconditioning System in my home. I was given a diagnosis and a quote for repair following another company inspecting our unit. I was shocked at the amount of the quote, so asked for a breakdown. The company was reluctant to provide any financial transparency so I rang Synergy Air Conditioning. Synergy were responsive with a verbal and written estimate based on my verbal description of the problem and the previous company's diagnosis. Parts were replaced with genuine Actron parts. The company that installed our Actron system no longer service our area and Synergy was recommended. The appointment was attended by Steve and Reece. They were prompt and efficient. Within the hour, they resolved the issue (system not cooling) by replacing some parts, thorough check thru the system and clean up the outside unit. The costs were reasonable. I will recommend their service for Actron unit.
Our 16yo Actron ducted aircon stopped working with no power. A local aircon company came out to investigate and declared the circuit board was fried and the compressor damaged beyond repair and it would be cheaperto replace with a whole new system. Searched for better Actron expertise, found and contacted Synergy AirConditioning regarding a quote for a replacement system.
