Absolutely Awful Service – If I could give it a "0" I would, that's how bad my experience was with them--more below. They've bought Coast Gas too so I'd be wary of them as well. Fortunately, you have an alternative--Pacific Propane, which has been absolutely amazing. Bring your business elsewhere – Used this company for 2 years and finally made the switch to a different company. Had nothing but horrible customer service from this company. The people who answer the main phone line are unprofessional and downright obnoxious. I had broken gauges on all three of my propane tanks and they refused to replace or repair them. Terrible Service – I have never written a terrible review of a company, but Amerigas in Scott's Valley is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. I prepaid for propane over a month ago. After charging me over $300.00 Amerigas failed to fill our tanks. Countless calls over the past month have failed to bring a driver to our cabin. Now, during the middle of a Santa Cruz cold rainstorm, we are running out of propane. Not recommended. Worse service ever. – Worse customer service I have ever seen. I own my own propane tank and they wanted a receipt from whom I purchased it, so I supplied them with that. They called again and said that wasn't good enough and wanted an invoice with the tank size and serial number etc... I said I didn't have that but I will have the person who sold it to me call them, which he did. He told them he owned it and sold it to me but they wanted him to contact the people he bought the house from years ago to get an... read more

Don't Bother - A Very Disappointing Experience – We visited in the spring to see the peonies in bloom and were very impressed. The peonies were beautiful, and Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We ended up placing an order for four plants that we would come back to get in the fall (he doesn't ship, and you can only go get your plants after labor day). Avoid this Company – I wish I had found the previous reviewer's prior to obtaining gas from this company. He is correct that the woman who is the office is obnoxious, her name is Alicia. She has no customer service skills. In essence, they screwed up my bill, and I had to pay for their mistake. I had called to make a payement because I realized they have not charged my credit card. AVOID SYNERGY GAS IN PARSIPPANY, NJ – This company has fair gas prices but that's about the only thing I have nice to say about them. Every time I called for assistance I get a nasty woman on the phone who takes joy in making people's lives miserable. It's as if they don't want your business or just don't care if you do business with them or not.
