Bring your business elsewhere – Used this company for 2 years and finally made the switch to a different company. Had nothing but horrible customer service from this company. The people who answer the main phone line are unprofessional and downright obnoxious. I had broken gauges on all three of my propane tanks and they refused to replace or repair them. Avoid this Company – I wish I had found the previous reviewer's prior to obtaining gas from this company. He is correct that the woman who is the office is obnoxious, her name is Alicia. She has no customer service skills. In essence, they screwed up my bill, and I had to pay for their mistake. I had called to make a payement because I realized they have not charged my credit card. AVOID SYNERGY GAS IN PARSIPPANY, NJ – This company has fair gas prices but that's about the only thing I have nice to say about them. Every time I called for assistance I get a nasty woman on the phone who takes joy in making people's lives miserable. It's as if they don't want your business or just don't care if you do business with them or not.
