Contacted about low pressure in shower, got a reply asking for photographs of our shower and then nothing back after my reply. It's been several weeks and I've sent further requests for their services only to go unanswered. Poor communication and not responsive.
No reply from company at all.
Synergi reacted quickly to our need for an urgent plumber. We had a burst pipe on Sunday evening and I called them 8am on Monday. They re-planned their morning and we had plumbers in the house by 10.30am. They repaired the leak quickly despite it being in a very awkward location. Great customer care and a very efficient service.
