The installation was fine. We had several problems during the first couple of weeks . The office staff were not helpful and were only interested in charging us call-out fees not in our problems

Synergy SW Ltd is very professional and value for money. The engineers are extremely capable and you feel your in good hands. We went for the top band of cover as we wanted complete reassurance. The cost is lower than British Gas and you get far better cover.
