On July 3 I received a service with Kelly and I wanted to write about my experience. My appointment time started at 9 AM and I was out of the session onI wanted to write about my experience. my appointment time started at 9 AM and I was out of the session by 9:44 AM. I felt that the session was very rushed. I received a dermaplane with a glycolic peel. Carol is fantastic! I was so upset to hear she wasn't in the business anymore from Synergi- more so because she defiantly is. She's now at her own spa in Kirkwood- not retired! I can't wait to go back and see her again. Love the spa, the location, all the staff, and the perfect approach Carol takes. The entire staff at Nouveau is extremely knowledgable and friendly. I have gone to Synergi for years and always seen Carol. She recently opened her own medspa, Nouveau. She is the best! All the staff and Synergi is nice and knowledgeable.
