My issue is with how SynergenX handles billing and insurance. When you provide the patient with the amount the patent is to pay and the patient pays in full each time, how is fair to come back a year later and request more money? Second issue I have is that I have not received my prescription since February nor has my Provider or Pharmacy contacted me as I have requested multiple times. Very disappointing experience and service.
Over charges depending on the day. Recently received an invoice for over $500 on visits from last year when payment was made every visit. In fall of 2025 switched to self injection to save $400 a month going in to clinic to $111.00 prescriptions service that doesn’t communicate, week to weeks late on receiving prescription and never answers phone or emails. This location is amazing. And the team truly cares for people. I was switching providers for my TRT Hormone I had missed a pass appointment with the previous provider. They were able to get me in quickly. The pricing was more affordable and PA.A Brossaud Was doing everything he could to help me get my next appointment, even offering to be flexible with his own hours. PA Broussard and the team at SynergenX New Braunfels are great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am in and out for every visit. I highly recommend giving them a try!!
