I like that when getting refills u don’t need an appointment! Staff are friendly and doctor too ! Prices are affordable and sometimes they have discounts

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my Sermorelin refill about to be 3 weeks. The first order was ready in about 3 days. Staff recommended this and after my research I decided to add it to my account. I reordered as instructed 1 week before I hit week 5 which I did. The date was 3/5/26, I still don’t have my medication. Over charges depending on the day. Recently received an invoice for over $500 on visits from last year when payment was made every visit. In fall of 2025 switched to self injection to save $400 a month going in to clinic to $111.00 prescriptions service that doesn’t communicate, week to weeks late on receiving prescription and never answers phone or emails. My issue is with how SynergenX handles billing and insurance. When you provide the patient with the amount the patent is to pay and the patient pays in full each time, how is fair to come back a year later and request more money? Second issue I have is that I have not received my prescription since February nor has my Provider or Pharmacy contacted me as I have requested multiple times. Very disappointing experience and service.
