I am consistently harassed by this company regarding a past due college debt from 2020 that was assigned to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. The outstanding balance was approximately $3k when it was placed into collections, and it has been paid on several times over the past 5 years. Please find something better to do with your time.
I guess you need find something better to do than sending scams and invoices for wrong address

They Waited approximately 13 years to finally get in contact with my wife regarding college debt. Said they made multiple attempts to collect. The wife thought her dads VA loan paid for her to go to college. They harassed us saying that they will sue us if we don’t pay. We are a family of 5 living off $48,000/year. I don’t appreciate their whatever she is calling me multiple times about the debt that I have from my taxes in 2020. Just a little rundown of my story, I accidentally put the wrong school tax code on me and my husband’s tax form. But we were filing it through TurboTax, and I asked one of the representatives of TurboTax which tax school code we should use.. They are the ones I gave us the incorrect tax code.
