Caleb and Josiah and ALL their workers were incredible! Not only did they work super fast and keep our house clean, but they were so respectful and kind! When we added some things last minute, they immediately made the changes and got it done! I couldn’t believe how fast they got things done! They knocked out our whole closet and bathroom in one day! We also have little babies running around in diapers and they were so friendly and courteous to our children! Honestly, our kids are going to miss them! We can’t wait to do more... read more

I’m convinced it was Divine intervention that put Caleb Spearing and the Syndicate & Co. team in my path. For 20 years, I have had a vision for a gourmet kitchen and addition for my home. Just after finding Caleb and hours before signing our contract, I found I had an aggressive form of later stage cancer. From my first meeting I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to listen. Caleb was transparent about his pricing and the timeline for our renovation project. Most importantly the crews were polite and helpful and I wasn’t hit with multiple change orders. Very pleased with the outcomes of a large home renovation
