The building itself is pretty good, large apartments, the neighbors are nice, but the management is extremely unresponsive and inefficient. They take weeks to respond an email, even with follow ups. Elevators stop working, garage access stops working. My fob stopped working out of nowhere and for days now I’ve been trying to fix it with no success.
