Lived at the Phenix a few years and absolutely loved it! Was very happy with the location, quality of the building, and how it was managed.
Think twice before buying or renting a condo in this building. The management has been given to GESTIOR and they are unreliable. Problems never get fixed. You will regularly lose access to your own condo (at least once or twice a month) because of technological issues that remain unresolved for years. Look around if you care about quality of life.
