Guard shack wheres the professionalism ??!! Very very very rude girl at the guard shack No consideration for the drivers time to check in . I thought no one in the shack ..they were horse playing. Heavy set representative with a Bob behind the pick-up window is extremely rude! She doesn't acknowledge you in any way even when she can cleanly see you standing there. They make you wait a whole damn day for your load and expect you to check in when their instructions were "we'll call when it's ready". Google is big for nothing. All these employees are good for nothing!
