The worst worst worst place ppl working there not professional at all
I was late with my delivery because the broker wanted me to go almost 2600 miles in three days. This load should’ve been for a team. My dispatch dispatched me on it. My appointment was for 10:30 AM. Got here at 6:08 p.m. The load would’ve been mathematically impossible anyways on top of that I had a problem with the company Trailer that needed attention immediately which set me back about three hours for a break chamber that was leaking severely. Truck entrance is now on the NE corner, there are signs everywhere. Check in by dock 55. They will give you instructions from there to Dock, or Wait. Waiting area on mid to south east side. Waiting time in afternoon deliveries 3 to 5 hrs. Morning deliveries 1.5 to 3 hrs..
Friendly staff and 24 hrs pickup and delivery
Lady in security at night first they told me that u can park overnight i have delivery in early morning and at midnight they woke me up and yelling at me to move the truck from parking. Unprofessional behaviour by company and staff
