“Extremely poor management and zero respect for drivers' time. I’ve been waiting for more than 12 hours since my appointment last night and I am still not loaded. The shipping office (Suite 200) does not answer their phones, and security won't allow drivers to walk to the window to check the status.It is impossible to get any information without moving the truck and breaking our ELD rest period. Attention Landstar drivers !!!! Do not drop your trailer until you have a confirmation that your load is ready or you will get stuck for hours or days, once you drop you trailer they dont guarantee you a drop and hook and you will have to wait for a trailer then , dont go if they give you an address for another location to get a trailer there , nobody its going to give you a trailer , they are busy everywhere . A lot of Landstar drivers spend hours and more than a day .
Doesn't even deserve one star. These got to be the worst lazy workers. Like the push everything to the next shift. Arrived Sat 25 at 10am appointment time did say 1pm so I had to go to sagging area intill they call me. Received a call at 9pm to drop trailer on dock door. From 1pm to 9pm took 8 hrs. To get a call on where to drop trailer to be loaded. So after drop had to exit back to sagging area. Received a call next morning sunday at 4am your trailer ready. “STAY AWAY AT ANY COST” Drivers avoid this place at any cost or try yourself. When you found my every word true in this review don’t forget to hit a like button so I know my other friends are suffering today This facility has been a source of frustration for almost all the drivers, time and time again. This place is absolutely terrible. There are no instructions at all—they don’t tell you what you’re supposed to do. The waiting time is over 12 hours, and there are no phone notifications whatsoever. I recommend calling their office every 20 minutes, because you never know what the people in there are doing. The truck parking lot doesn’t provide any restrooms, and no one even tells you where you can go to use one. So for a place where the waiting time exceeds 12 hours, they completely fail to treat drivers like human beings.... read more
