Sleep number credit card issued by Syncrony Bank: I was told that it is a 24 months promotional offer 0 %interest rate on 04/12/24(purchase date). They charged me 34.99% interest for the same period saying I had balance beyond 04/12/25. I paid for the product 100% but they are charging 34.99% interest on interest from the date of Purchase. Employee no longer works at Sleep Number. It was said that if used a credit card it will 24 months no interest.

Customer service is abysmal and they charge you for their own mistakes. A payment bounced due to an "incorrect account number" and I was charged a fee. I used the same info that was already on file and selected it from their own drop-down menu when making the payment. It had gone through for an auto payment just 9 days earlier. I confirmed with my bank that the account number hadn't changed since then. Do not use this company. Their customer service is horrendous. Incompetence at all levels. I made a promotional purchase and have had issues with them repeatedly changing the monthly payment, even though the contract states no changes will be made for the term of the promotion. They have randomly changed the monthly payment (repeatedly). They then charge a late fee for not paying the full amount, then charge interest on the late fee. Zero stars. I've had an Amazon card through them for years. I March I sent a check to pay off my card, they've returned it several times, each time with a different bogus reason they can't process it. I opened a case with Amazon, but they closed it without resolution, they don't care. But you can bet they're charging me interest on the balance. I have already spent an inordinate amount of time and money on this, but it has to be resolved unless I decide to just stop paying, let it go to collections, they can sue me, I'll pre... read more
