Samantha, who helped me, was great and gave me honest opinions. Come here with an open mind- the women that work here- they're really helpful and this store has the best dresses! I was at a party last night- my friend was in a really great dress, and she got it here, which is why I had to come today!
Wonderful store! We bought my daughter's prom dress there. They have a fabulous selection of classy dresses and the service is superb. The staff are patient, not pushy, and make you feel welcome. They spent over an hour with us, making sure my daughter ended up with the perfect prom dress - which she did! Definitely an extremely pleasurable shopping experience!
Wonderful friendly and helpful staff! Made our shopping experience so easy and a pleasure! Found perfect dress, matching purse and detail oriented down to the "tape" to keep dresses in place. Highly recommend for all girls looking for fancy/prom dresses!
AMAZING service, selection, and great prices. We couldn't be happier! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for Prom, Graduation or Homecoming gowns (and shoes and jewelry... thank heaven, we didn't have to go anywhere else!)... we found all three in one visit!
WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.... my teenage daughter is a "challenging fit"- we'd been to other stores, and friends recommended Synchronicity Boutique. The owner and staff were wonderful- we found our homecoming and prom gowns easily and (for the first time ever) HAPPILY!!! We'd never go anywhere else!
I recently heard about Crystal being fired from this establishment for being pregnant. Yes you heard that right. While the workers and merchandise is wonderful, do you really want to support this type of store. Im going to advise any family or friends from doing business with this place again. Cant believe they would do such a thing, and Crystal was 1 of my favorites here. Would like to hear others respond to this.
