Absolutely amazing experience buying a Synch Super Monkey Pro. Gila went above and beyond to get me my bike the minute it was ready and before a bank holiday and her own personal holiday. She couldn’t have done more for me. The bike is truly excellent too. Built in the UK to a very high standard and with lovely industrial design details. It’s very solid, rides beautifully and looks really cool. It’s genuinely one of my best ever purchases and I’m certain it will cut down the number of journeys I make by car a great deal.

Gila the Synch sales manager is absolutely brilliant. Her honesty and integrity are what is needed across all UK businesses. I had a small issue with a couple of parts missing off my bike when it arrived. Gila called me back and arranged for them to be sent next day delivery by DPD, and then sent me an email complete with instructions of fitting or the offer of covering the cost if I needed to take it to a bicycle shop. Outstanding service, and the new bike is just game changing for me. Arranged a slot to test ride, super knowledgeable and helpful throughout and the level of communication from Gila was just world class from that day to collection. Love my new bike, makes my world bigger, who could ask for more?
