This is my second positive review I purchased my loupes last year and had one of the lenses broken I called representative Hapi for assistance and as usual, she exceeded my expectations. Within hours, synca sent me loner loupes and took mine for repair I was told that repair will take 4 to 6 weeks Two weeks later I get an email indicating that they received my loupes and are repaired even though they had to be sent to Denmark and back. I got a pair of exam vision loupes and not even a month later the lettering on the carrying case started to peel off and one of the closures snapped off. I use this product twice a week as I am a student and am extremely careful because I spent $2300 on this, for the carrying case to already have problems is unacceptable. Why am i paying $2300 on loupes only to receive them in a cheaply made carrying case. Just got my second set of Exam vision loupes, Kepler four in one. They’re absolutely amazing. Fit perfectly and magnification is incredible. Hapi did a great job with the measurements and fitting. She really knows her stuff. I did a lot of shopping around with the other manufacturers but would never consider anything else.
