I don't like to give one star unless I'm quite frustrated with the situation. My first exam vision loupes was amazing , had it for 10 years , communication with my rep was also great. I decided to purchase their ergo loupes in September 2025. It was never comfortable, but this time, it was really hard to have the rep come in to fix the loupes. Bought Loupes from ExamVision and the regional rep Hapi has been so helpful and quickly responds to all of my questions and concerns.
This is my second positive review I purchased my loupes last year and had one of the lenses broken I called representative Hapi for assistance and as usual, she exceeded my expectations. Within hours, synca sent me loner loupes and took mine for repair I was told that repair will take 4 to 6 weeks Two weeks later I get an email indicating that they received my loupes and are repaired even though they had to be sent to Denmark and back. I got a pair of exam vision loupes and not even a month later the lettering on the carrying case started to peel off and one of the closures snapped off. I use this product twice a week as I am a student and am extremely careful because I spent $2300 on this, for the carrying case to already have problems is unacceptable. Why am i paying $2300 on loupes only to receive them in a cheaply made carrying case.
