I got a pair of exam vision loupes and not even a month later the lettering on the carrying case started to peel off and one of the closures snapped off. I use this product twice a week as I am a student and am extremely careful because I spent $2300 on this, for the carrying case to already have problems is unacceptable. Why am i paying $2300 on loupes only to receive them in a cheaply made carrying case. Just got my second set of Exam vision loupes, Kepler four in one. They’re absolutely amazing. Fit perfectly and magnification is incredible. Hapi did a great job with the measurements and fitting. She really knows her stuff. I did a lot of shopping around with the other manufacturers but would never consider anything else.

I have been customer with this company for the last 4 years and have had an excellent experience. Their customer service is amazing . Happy ( the Rep) has always been very very helpful. She always went out of her way to help me out any time I had any problems with my loupes. Their louoes are great and I am very happy.
