I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Synca and Exam Vision and my Kepler Reflekt loupes. And did I mention how grateful I am to have Hapi as my rep? She's been absolutely 1st class and so knowledgeable and supportive. The product and optics and service were worth every penny. No matter how expensive one might think it is, this is something I'll use for years and years and is so superior to the competion.... so it's a bargain. I highly recommend. THANK YOU to Hapi, the Danish team and Synca Canada.

I don't like to give one star unless I'm quite frustrated with the situation. My first exam vision loupes was amazing , had it for 10 years , communication with my rep was also great. I decided to purchase their ergo loupes in September 2025. It was never comfortable, but this time, it was really hard to have the rep come in to fix the loupes. This is my second positive review I purchased my loupes last year and had one of the lenses broken I called representative Hapi for assistance and as usual, she exceeded my expectations. Within hours, synca sent me loner loupes and took mine for repair I was told that repair will take 4 to 6 weeks Two weeks later I get an email indicating that they received my loupes and are repaired even though they had to be sent to Denmark and back.
