Since parts had to be ordered, the office loaned us a AC portable unit to use it ours gif fixed. Great service and Roger knew exactly what was wrong.
I love living in the Sync at Purgatory community. My home is beautifully laid out, lots of closet & storage space, great natural light & my patio view is stunning along the GreenBelt. However… my husband & I have had some security questions/complaints, attempted to apply for available maintenance position(s) & property manager 1) does nothing, then 2) responds with untruths/lies, ends with 3) “if you’re unhappy? I just signed my 3rd, 14 month lease. I think that says it all. The Sync is a wonderful place to live!
Jairo had a few people waiting but never made me feel rushed as he answered my questions. When asking about a few different models, he got my email and sent over a few quotes within 24 hours. Patient and kind!
