Maintenance crew is always on top of things! This is the best maintenance service I’ve had in all the years I have rented!
Y’all left a receipt with a list of things y’all changed. I have pictures of the light fixtures before and after the service, and nothing was changed. We asked you guys to turn the water heater down, and you said you did. In fact, nothing was changed. The water was just as hot as it had been before, enough to severely burn someone. Everything was incredibly easy minus the gas set up. We moved in on a Friday and made arrangements for them to have the gas on Friday. Thursday they called letting us know they would call before hand the next day to come turn it on and we never received a call on Friday. So we are spending the whole weekend without water or ability use the stove or oven. Everything from the apartment complex side has been outstanding
