Always problems whit my packages, administration it's a disaster and unsafe place. First months was a great experience but latter on it change!!
I've been living in these mediocre apartments for four months. I find the management of these apartments appalling. I've complained five times about my parcel service, for the simple reason that there was a previous owner listed in the parcel service records, and every time a package was delivered, the notification went to the previous owner, not me. I basically did a look and lease I fell in love with the B4 floor plan ! Violet helped me from point A to Z she made sure I got the upgraded unit . Now the application process was a little too long for me however I won’t go into detail because I was approved and got my keys . Shout out to Lucy as well for stepping in when she needed to to help with the move in .
