I would not recommend living at this property. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the community is poor, and common areas are not consistently maintained. It is not uncommon to see children urinating outside residents’ doors, which creates unsanitary conditions and reflects a lack of oversight. Security has also been a major concern. Don't come here they love to tow your car when... 1. It's midnight - 6am (just because one time) 2. They ignore if it was registered any of your "14 days" 3. They tow it when in a visitor parking spot The list continues... - A lot of the neighbors smoke weed to it stinks up your place and they don't complain. - They don't ever answer their phones for "how extremely busy they are". - The trash is always full and people leave it sitting out.
