I’ve lived at Sync Harmony for about 7 months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first two months, my apartment flooded because the sink overflowed. Since then, I’ve had ongoing bathroom plumbing issues that have never been properly resolved. The same problems keep happening because maintenance installs cheap replacement parts that break again shortly after, which has also increased my water bill due to constant leaks.
