I have changed my once positive review of this business. Do not use this company. Something has changed and now they are doing some sketchy stuff. I haven’t used their services in several months but I have now had my card on file charged two separate times that I did not authorize. The first being for approximately $390, and now a new charge for approximately $970. The office is decorated very nice and the chiropractors are top notch.

I have been going to SynapseOne for about 3 months now. I was at a different chiropractor previously, but switched. The services are mostly focused on the neck and shoulders, which has had TREMENDOUS good effects on headaches which have been an issue for me for decades. The Service is amazing, with text reminders the day before, and lots of flexibility with scheduling, allowing for both mornings or afternoons depending on my schedule.
