When I first started going to SynapseOne, I was very happy. I feel compelled to change my opinion. After the first year, I would receive confirmation of my appointment in a text, and then 3 times, I showed up to find the business closed with no phone call or text to advise me in advance. I drove from Suwanee to get there, so suffice it to say, I was not pleased. NOT GOOD!!!!!!,Stay AWAY
Before I gave this place a 5 star review, but no longer. The guy in charge, Maurice, disappeared without a trace and since then instead of being open 5 days a week, they went to being open 2 days a week and they were no longer answering phone calls or emails. Then they went to just being open 1 day a week, and now the past couple weeks in a row they haven't even been open on the one day they're supposed to be open. I have changed my once positive review of this business. Do not use this company. Something has changed and now they are doing some sketchy stuff. I haven’t used their services in several months but I have now had my card on file charged two separate times that I did not authorize. The first being for approximately $390, and now a new charge for approximately $970.
